It starts with cauliflower rice, which is lightly boiled, strained, and squeezed dry…really dry! This creates our “dough” base!
– 1 ½ Tbsp flaxseed meal (to make flax eggs) – 4 Tbsp water (to make flax eggs)
– 1/4 tsp sea salt – 3 Tbsp Vegan Parmesan Cheese (or nutritional yeast if avoiding nuts)
